LMC closed air-insulated busbar aluminum alloy

The use of
LMC series aluminum alloy air-insulated busbar closed specifically for the exchange of three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire, frequency 50 ~ 60Hz, rated voltage to 660V, rated operating current of 100 ~ 4000A for transmission power distribution system used. Mainly used in modern factories, workshops and high-rise buildings, air humidity is particularly applicable to larger and larger places salt pollution.

1, structural features Feature of Structure
Cold molding shell Busway track the use of aluminum alloy profiles, quick and easy assembly, attractive appearance.
The use of separation of air-insulated type, with its white and between the net distance and creepage distance is much larger than the standard requirements, extremely safe and reliable.
Internal insulation are high-strength epoxy resin materials, improved anti-actin Busway, thermal stability.
Docking connector used to connect the way, while the use of copper dual-link connection, the effective increase in the joint contact area, and the installation easy and fast.
2, the main technical parameters of Main Technical Parameters
Busway in line with the function of IEC439-2, GB7251.2-1997.
Busway can guarantee 110% rated current and rated voltage of the long-term work.
Busway in the ambient air temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃, relative humidity of 50 ~ 70% of normal, its resistance of each of not less than 20MΩ.
Busbar trunking system can withstand the power frequency withstand voltage 3750V, 1min took Miss breakdown and flashover.
Busway in the long pass to rated current, the conductive parts of the temperature rise of less than Table (1) the extreme &#118alue.
Busway Plug box with a plug of not less than 200.
Busbar protection rating of IP30.
Different current levels of bus home each of its row with the specifications in Table (2).
